Why Do You Need a Coach?

If you are new to a sport, a lot of time can be spent wasted just learning the ropes. A coach can put you on a faster track to your ultimate goals. I estimate 3 or more years of trial and error can be saved by spending 1 year with a coach.
If you are a seasoned veteran, a coach can provide you with alternative workouts, better time management, performance testing, and updated knowledge of the sport you are interested in.

I can provide direct experience and knowledge about Triathlon, Road Cycling,  Cross Bike Cycling, Grand Fondo riding (Centurion), Half Marathon and more.
Don't see a sport that I listed? Cycling training can be used to enhance many other endurance sports like cross country skiing, running, hockey, soccer and more. I truly feel that almost every sport that has an endurance and/or an explosive high intensity component to it will benefit from advanced cycling training.
